Temperatures in Vegas have been getting pretty toasty, and they're going to be around for awhile. I am a huge fan of port, but when it gets hot out sometimes those big wines can be tough to enjoy. Recently I came across a delicious way to get my port fix and beat the heat! This drink features Sandeman Apitiv White Port. For those of you that may be wary about port, this is a great one to start with, another reason why it's great for summertime.

Try it for pool time, happy hour, or anytime really! 

Sandeman Splash

• 1.5 ounces Sandeman Apitiv White Port 
• Tonic Water 
• Squirt of Lemon Juice 

Serve over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
